What do I give?

Tithe - A good place to start is a "tithe" or 10% of your gross income. Your tithe should go to wherever you are being spiritually fed - in most cases this is a local church body. These funds go to support the operations, ministries and staff of the church body that serves you.

Offerings - Generosity is a lifestyle of which financial giving is just a part. We believe that anything given above and beyond the tithe is an offering - something given in response to something on your heart or to the Holy Spirit's leading. Offerings can include giving to benevolence, missions, building fund, camps, or for a specific project.

We are called to be good stewards of what God has given us. While we want you to obey God's direction to give, we don't want you to go into debt doing it either. Therefore, we suggest using wisdom when giving online.

How do I give?

1. In Person

During services, you can give a personal check or cash in our offering plates. (If you wish to use a debit or credit card to give, our website or app options below are for you!)

Just fill out the giving envelopes provided in the rear seat pocket in the sanctuary chairs so that your giving can be credited to you for end-of-year tax purposes.

2. Church Website

Online giving of your tithes and offerings is available for one-time gifts or for scheduled, recurring contributions. This safe and flexible option makes it easy to give at RCA Church. You can give via debit/credit card or bank transfer (ACH) here.

3. Text

Simply text “RCA” to the number 73256 and it will walk you through the prompts to give on your mobile phone.

4. Snail Mail

If you're not able to join us in person and don't feel comfortable giving online, then go right ahead and put a check in the mail or drop it off at the church during office hours. Contributions can be mailed to RCA Church, 923 N. Salisbury GQ Avenue, Salisbury, NC 28146.
